Amount | Measure | Name |
---|---|---|
6 | each | Pampas Frozen Fillo Pastry |
12 | g | Onion |
12 | g | Butter |
28 | g | Cream Cheese |
500 | g | Spinach |
28 | g | Sesame Seeds |
1 | each | Gold'n Canola Oil Spray |
Finely dice the onion. Then, wilt the spinach over a medium-high heat on a stovetop. Once it has wilted, move it over to a board and slice into thin strands.
To soften the cream cheese, place it in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
In a separate dish, combine the spinach, cream cheese and onion.
Carefully lay out the Pampas Frozen Fillo Pastry and evenly spray the sheets with Gold’n Canola Oil Spray. Then, slice the pastry in half and fold two slices together. Spray corner to corner of the sheets again.
Place a teaspoon of filling at each end of the pastry. Fold up the triangles by starting in the corner, forming a triangle shape. Continue this pattern of folding right to the end.
Line a tray with baking paper and place the triangles on-top with enough space between them. Brush the pastry with melted butter and garnish with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
