
Chocolate Involtini

Ingredients
- 3 each Pampas Puff Pastry Sheets (Pampas Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry 12 x 1kg)
- 150 g Milk Chocolate
- 105 g Natural Style Muesli
- 1 each Egg
- 20 mL Fortune Vegetable Oil (Fortune Oil Vegetable 1 x 5 l)
- 10 g Cinnamon Sugar
- 10 each Strawberries
Method
Step 1
Melt your chocolate in a simple water bath, using a bowl over a hot saucepan. You can use any chocolate variety you like (white, dark etc.).
Step 2
Take your Pampas Puff Pastry Sheets, brush with chocolate and cut each sheet into quarters, leaving approximately 1cm from the edge on two of the sides.
Step 3
Sprinkle the Natural Muesli over each square and brush the bare corner with egg wash. Roll the pastry from corner to corner in the shape of a cigar, ending at the bare edge. Brush the folded pastry with the egg wash before baking.
Step 4
Place on a tray and in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 12 minutes, or until golden. Leave to cool on a rack.
Step 5
Plate up with any left over chocolate, and a selection of berries. Dust with cinnamon sugar to serve.
