
Spicy Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cut into large cubes)
- 250 g White Wings batter mix (WW PREMIUM BATTER MIX 15KG BG)
- 3.28 g Garlic powder
- 1.17 g Onion powder
- 2.71 g Chilli powder
- 2.3 g Smoked paprika
- 1.2 g White ground pepper
- 0.91 g Dried thyme
- 3 g Salt
- 1 each Crisco liquid gold for deep frying
- 1 each Hot sauce to serve
Method
Step 1:
The first step in making these chicken nuggets is to combine the garlic, onion, chilli powder, smoked paprika, pepper, thyme, and salt in a shallow bowl with 50g of the White Wings Premium Batter Mix.
Now is also a great time to heat the deep fryer using Crisco Liquid Gold.
Step 2:
Once all of the spices have been mixed together, add in the chicken. Toss together until the chicken is evenly coated.

Step 3:
Prepare the remaining batter mix as per the instructions on the packet. Then, add the chicken to the batter mix.
Step 4:
Gently drop each chicken piece into the deep fryer. Fry them until they’re crisp, golden and cooked. Drain the chicken nuggets on kitchen paper.

Step 5:
Plate up the chicken nuggets, and serve them with your favourite hot sauce.
