Tuna, Red Onion and Caper Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
- 300 g Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise (Praise Mayonnaise Whole Egg 3.2 kg)
- 600 g Tuna, drained
- 150 g Red onion, peeled and diced
- 80 g Parsley, washed and chopped
- 50 g Salted baby capers, washed and salt removed
- 0.5 g Pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a bowl, mix with a spatula until combined well but not overworked.
